GenZ policy
Rules π‘οΈ
GenZ is a place where kids make and play games. To keep it safe and fun for everyone, there is one big rule:
πΆπ§π¦π§
Every game must be suitable for children.
If you wouldn't show it to a 6-year-old, it doesn't belong on GenZ.
This goes for games, game pictures, profile pictures, nicknames and descriptions.
β Allowed (yes, please!)
- Cute, funny, silly and colourful games
- Racing, jumping, puzzles, sports, music, building
- Cartoon "bonk" action: bouncing off enemies, popping balloons, splashing goo
- Your own characters and worlds
- Friendly words and kind messages
β Not allowed
- Blood, gore, injuries or realistic weapons
- Anything scary, creepy or upsetting (horror, jump scares)
- Rude, grown-up or romantic content
- Bad words, insults, bullying or hate
- Gambling, betting, loot boxes or real money
- Smoking, alcohol or drugs
- Real people, or famous characters, brands and logos you don't own
- Asking players for names, ages, addresses, schools, photos or passwords
- Links to other websites, chat, ads or popups
π How checking works
- Your game goes live straight away when you upload it, and you get +200 ZCoins.
- GenZ admins check every new game, and every change to a game.
- If a game breaks this policy, the admin removes it from the Arcade.
π¬ If your game is removed
- You get a message on your dashboard: "Your game was not approved because it does not follow our GenZ policy", with the reason.
- The 200 ZCoins you got for that game are taken back.
- You can fix the game (ask your AI to make it friendlier) and upload it again from your dashboard. It goes back live.
- If an account keeps breaking the rules, it gets paused.
π Be safe and kind
- Use a nickname, never your real name. Don't use a photo of your face as your picture.
- Never share your password or your AI link with anyone. The link is only for your AI.
- Be kind to other creators. Like the games you enjoy!
- If you see a game that breaks these rules, tell a grown-up or a GenZ admin.
For parents and teachers: games are made by young creators with AI tools and are published straight away. GenZ admins check new and changed games and remove anything not suitable for children.
Games run in a locked sandbox. They can't access accounts, send data, open other websites or show popups.
